I find the name of this balm stain really apt, smitten.
It’s like how many of us are smitten by darker colours during fall.
I live in Singapore, and there’s really no other weather besides summer.
In Singapore, we like to joke that there’s only 3 types of weather: hot, humid, hot and humid.
Maybe because of that, I don’t really wear lip colours according to seasons.
Recently though, my feed has been flooded with darker lip colours, and I really thought I should really give it a go as well.
An everyday fall lip colour I’ll choose to go with would be this balm stain.
Why? It’s because it’s fuss-free, quick to apply and moisturising.
It leaves a tingly sensation after applying, like mint on your lips.
I really like how wearable it is.
It doesn’t look like much when swatched, but it looks pretty once applied.
It’s a bold colour, yet appropriate for almost all occasions.
The Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain – an oldie but a goodie.
